Guys I have OBC certificate issued on March 27, 2017..will it will be valid?? N please can anyone provide me notification of SBI po...it will be helpful

I got a serious doubt.. when I filled form for sbi PO I only entered my name and not surname as it was not mandatory (also in assumption of not clearing prelims and mains). All my documents contains my full name. Will they debarred me from further process??

Hello guys I have a very serious doubt , plz help me

So I graduated in 2015 , I worked for a private comapny for 7 months. I fell prey to one of their conspiracies and was terminated by them , as they did not want to give me my notice period fees , hence they had to do it as it was a loophole in the contract. So I did not get an experience cerificate .

But I do have the full and final salary slip which shows my date of joining as well as date of leaving the company. I also have the joining letter

So guys should I mention all this in my interview ? What impression will the panel members get ? Also will they think that I was terminated because I did some malpractice in my organization? Will they cancel my candidature due to this?

Plz help me guys, also note that I did not do any malpractices there, they did not want to pay me the notice period fees , hence they did this with me.

Dress Code:

Disclaimer: I am no expert, this is very personal, and it is no brainer that my dress sense is not great. 😂

Men:

1. It is not necessary to wear a tie. If you think that you can carry yourself in that,  then wear it, otherwise don't. I've seen people not being quite comfortable in a tie.

Please don't get a bow tie, for the love of god!

2. I'd suggest not going with a suit. Looks a little over the top, in my opinion. But again, its very personal.

3. A good light colored shirt, stripped or solid colored, with a dark pair of trousers would do your thing, along with a black well polished shiny pair of shoes. A full sleeve shirt is recommended. Don't wear a checkered shirt.

4. Make sure, the shoes are not too pointed. Also, the color of the socks should match the trousers. And, it should not be an ankle one, get a full length regular pair of socks.

5. Have a decent hair cut, and shave your facial hair. If you want to keep your moustache then you totally can. As of the beared it concerned, well, try not to keep it, but, if you're someone who cannot live without the beard, then let it be. Afterall, life is first, the job is secondary.

Women:

I might be totally wrong in this section, but let me try 😁

1. A sober Indian Salwar suit always works. Let it be simple. Not those stylish ones - I've heard things like Patiala, Anarkali, I don't know what all. :|

2. You can wear western dress as well, but it is better to wear Indian.

3. If you think you're short (please don't make it an issue, I'm not a sexist, nor do I judge any body type), you should wear salwar suit.

4. If you think you're tall, then you can wear a Saree, suit or even western dress.

5. You can wear anything you want. These are just my opinions, there no manual. One can wear anything.

6. I don't have much idea about footwear, but don't wear socks under floaters or slippers.

7. Don't use a lot of makeup. A little bit works awesome. Surma (kajal) and a light lipstick will do wonders.

P.S. Don't keep your mobile in your pockets, rather keep them in your bag.

P.P.S. Wear a smile. 😊
