What if someone has taken education loan from SBI ,had paid EMI for 1-2years but from last one year have been paying nothing, will it be treated as NPA , will he be debarred from interview/joining??

Last year, in BOB interview, I was asked- "Assuming you are working in a bank, sell me a credit card". What could be the best answer to this?
I have a genuine doubt. Please answer in case you are sure. I don't remember whether I have mentioned my work experience in my application for SBI PO. I have all my resignation and service certificates from the previous organization. Will I be judged negatively in case I show my certificates and it's not mentioned in the application form that I have a work experience? Anyone who has knowledge please help.
