Guys i need answers to 2 PI questions that were asked to one of my acquaintances who cleared his graduation in 2014 and was asked the following questions . 1. How would you compensate the loss of 3 years of your life as you will be at a disadvantage against someone who joined straight after college? Explain. 2. How would you feel when some graduate of 2017 batch gets recruited as your senior in the same organisation? Elaborate.

The 6th point in the call letter says one set of attested photocopies are required. However in the 4th point its written " one set of self attested photocopies of required certificates should be attached to the original biodata form and four copies of the same without enclosures to be submitted."

For the CC, is it necessary that the certificate should have a letter head of the Gazzetted Officer's Office? Or just a printed paper with the relevant details and the signature and stamp of the officer is enough?

In bio data form it has mentioned only " Last attended" college. But in Admit " School/Last Attended college" Different types of statement in Admit and Bio form. Are you Sure about what to do?

I got soft copy of character certificate from my latest college. Is hard copy of original mandatory? Or printout of soft copy is enough?
I have arranged the character n identify certificate in July'2017 after the declaration of mains exam result. Is there any problem regarding date? (As the Interview letter n biodata form are released from 17th Aug)
