Guys, Mumbai is flooded.. If your friends, family is out please tell them to stay wherever they are at the office,hospital,school, station or at safe place. Dont just randomly go out. Dont go out unless very very very important. There have been cases of tree falls and accidents just be safe. Go to nearby ganpati pandals if required. Take special care of kids & senior citizens.

I have applied for The OBC certificate on 20h of July.But It's sill in pending status as the staffs are on strike here in odisha and no work can be done for the same.What i can i do as I have to produce the certificate issued after April and I have an old one issued in FEB. Plz reply
