Please help.... in the biodata form in the *post graduation* section just below the *institute/university name*there is a field *AICTE permanent ID* ...what do I fill ? The institute I did my PG from, is an Autonomous Institute by MHRD, GOI and I couldn't find any AICTE id mentioned in the website or any other official reports/documents.

How many years/months should the officer signing identity/character certificate have known you?

Can we take Identity Certificate from the Branch Manager of a Nationalized Bank or it has to be by a Gazetted Officer ?

Is it compulsory that the character certificate needs to be typed on the OFFICIAL LETTERHEAD or simply a signature and seal of the gazetted officer on a typed A4 sheet would be enough?

I don't have the Degree issued from the university till now. Will a provisional certificate work in it's place.
