My marksheets have only grades on it. How do I mention the total marks and marks obtained?
Someone experienced please clear the doubts regarding 1) do we have to put thumb impression and mention date and place at our place or there at the time GEPI? 2) how many sets of photocopies of original documents is required? 3) we have to take 4 sets of Xerox of the complete biodata form or till page no 5. 4) if category is not applicable can we remove "obc certificate format" page from biodata form.
Guys I got only softcopy of NOC to my mail. So uska Xerox chalega kya? There is no original,

Hi guyzz. I need ur guidance. I am working as a deputy manager in a private bank (it is one of the old private bank ). The bank has good reputation outside in public. But past 1-2 years it has fired almost 50-60% of its workforce....due to competetion from psb banks and new private banks/payments bank etc etc.
Today i was also fired as i could not achieve my sales target for past 3 months. I was given a notice of low performance on Sales Criteria and Branch under performance criteria 1month ago and my salary was also halved 8 months ago.
It is not that i was not working/lazy i was inside my branch for 13-14 hrs daily and worked like a donkey for all these years. So is there any legal way i can adopt or any other way. Those who r serving in bank or hv any idea abt this plz guide me.
Also will this effect my selection in SBI/Interview process??
I fear that this black spot will hamper my chances of selection.
Ok...please confirm whether I am right or wrong here:
1) Fill the Biodata form completely (including thumb impression, identity certificate, signature) except pasting the photo.
2) Take 4 photocopies of the Biodata form
3) Stick 5 photos on the photocopies including the original and sign across with date
4) Take 1 photocopy of all relevant documents according to the list of enclosures given in the Biodata form. Self attest the photocopy of the documents.
5) Go attend the interview
guys i know it is off the topic, but failed SBI PO mains thrice... now in addition to that IBPS PO has also made the pattern like SBI... please kindly suggest best book for QUANT, DI, ENGLISH, REASONING... all high level, ASAP thanks

Guys one interview tip which might help you.
If you feel uncomfortable in making eye contact with your interviewer , then focus on the spot between that person's eyebrows. It will help you overcome any unwanted nervousness. Also the interviewer will not notice it because of the space between you and him/her.
I have applied for Percentage letter in my college but might not get it before interview date, will it be fine?
