Guys my SC certificate is signed by a NAIB TEHSILDAR but in notification it is written only TEHSILDAR can sign.
so will it create problem?? And will SBI will give me time to produce new certificate

Hi guys, I am facing a problem.. will be great if you people give your suggestions and inputs.. I did my graduation in 2014.. I have got a character certificate from my college dated in 2014. My college is also not giving a character certificate at a recent date. My present employer is also not ready to give a character certificate. I have got a cc from branch head of nationalised bank and the cc from college. What should I do? :(
