I have one query in that column of language know other than english i have studied hindi till 10th so can i mention that??

Do i need to get the character certificate from the bank in which i have been working in a specific format or any general format will suffice?

Can anybody please answer my below queries:-
1) Is 'No Objection Certificate' required for private sector employees?
2) According to point no. 6-H in call letter, we need to provide service certificate(s) in respect of your present / previous employment/s. Is this required for private sector employees. I don't think my company (IT sector) will provide any such certificate for another employment purpose. They only provide such certificate for higher studies.
3) What should we write in point 22 (additional particulars, if any) in biodata form. Would it be ok to mention that my brothers are working in SBI?
4) Who can be refrees? Can I mention details of my friends or any colleague?
5) This is silly but currious to know how you all have mentioned residential address in full in point 15-3 in biodata form, there is very less space available for that.
