I have character certificate of the institute last attended, but it was issued last year..i hope it will work?? people who have attended the interviews pls shed some light.,
are people sure of character certficate of college issued more than 5 years ago , i mean if he passed out of college 5 years ago and he got at that time ; is not valid?????

Hi guys and gals I am sharing my interview experience here.
In GD the topic given to us was "Should government invest more in opening new IITs/IIMs or should it make primary education as priority.
Discussion went smoothly and all were in consensus that it is more important to invest on primary education first.
Prioritization was "Qualities companies are looking for in new recruits"
-willingness to listen
-communication skills
-technology readiness
-flexible
-multitasking
-analytical and research skills
...and others
Finally my turn for interview came.
1: What do your parents do?
2: My current job profile.
3: Why am I switching to banking career.
4: Questions about different summits held
5: Why is hockey not popular despite being National sports
6: About your hometown
7: Doklam issue
Just be confident since no amount of training can actually prepare for the types of questions they ask.

Hey all In my degree certificates all marks are given in grade point and unfortunately percentage conversion equations are not given on certificate ,should I bring percentage certificate for interview ,is there anyone here who attended PI without percentage certificate Kindly reply

Hi.. interview over...gd topic was other sports are neglected in a cricket obsessed country like India...it was good... Prioritisation topic was control food inflation...reached a group consensus... I was called first in interview and as I am in banking half of my questions were related to my role, kyc, risk, etc... Half was regarding gd topic and other sports... I answered all but 2.... Overall great experience... Panel members were very encouraging...
Is interview score combination of gd +pi. Aur may be seprate. One candidate said that it should be seprate and have 40% in each to pass. What u think??? Is ever panel fail any candidate???? "
