At present I am doing an internship since june which is paid, So shall I mention it as work experience? Because as per my knowledge internship is not considered as work ex.

Guys, (1) should the check boxes under 'list of enclosures' be left empty for the points which are not applicable? (2) In my marksheets year of passing is given but 'month' of passing is not..only writing the year will suffice?
