Hey all My semester Mark sheets only have grade point so in the section on data sheet where it's asked semester wise Marks and percentage what should be written I have my final btech grade converted into percentage from university but no individual semester wise percentage or marks kindly help

Can anyone say at what date can we expect final result acc to last yr last interview date nd final result date.
Need help with Biodata form. Finally filling the form.
1. Centre for GDPI : do we write just NewDelhi/ Complete address?
2. Can we leave Blocks balnk or write NO?
3. Particulars of sports,etc : Space is very less, how to manage? (My academic record isn't good, so was trying to mention more in extra curricular, also what kind of cert you guys mentioned?)
4. Particulars of places stayed more than a yr : How is this cross-checked? Is it okay if I lie?
5. Additional particulars useful to bank : What is to be mentioned here?
6. Particulars of CC enclosed : Do I just tick/ what?
7. List of Enclosures : Besides making a tick in the boxes, it is asked to specify. Where do I write those specifications? No space provided.
