The pay scale for is`23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42020 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I.
The starting basic pay is `27,620/- (with 4 advance increments).
What does this 980/7 denotes? Does the basic pay increases with every month?

Hi everyone. My SBI Interview along with Group Exercise were moderate. I am sharing my interview experience(Kolkata).
First of all, dv. It happened smoothly. Make sure you have your bio data,enclosures, ready along with photocopies.
Then after about 1 hour we were taken into a room for our Group Exercises. Our GD topic was "SHOULD WE FOCUS MORE ON AGRICULTURAL GROWTH OR ON MANUFACTURING SECTOR". We were given 5 mins to jot down our points and then discussion started. Time alloted was 20 mins. After that Prioritization round started. Then at the end we were told to sit in another room and wait for PI round. Meanwhile we were served refreshments.
Then was a long wait for me about 3 hours before my PI started as I was the 9th candidate out of 10 in my panel. PI questions was
1. From my graduation subject
2. Why banking
3. Current issues like Dokalam standoff
4. A few HR questions.
My interview lasted for about 7-8 mins. Interview panel was cordial.

I have put in my thumb impression in the original biodata form due to which they are also present in all the photocopies. people are saying that we had to leave them blank or put in fresh impressions in all the 4 photocopies but I can not do that now. will this create any problem ?????

Couple of questions. 1. Is row #5 to be filled by married people only, or do others have the re-fill the relevant data? 2. In rows where there's no answer, do we leave them blank or write 'NA'? 3. Is teaching for an NGO considered an extracurricular activity? Or it just volunteer work?
Accidently my knuckle cracked. Wil it affect my interview

Is Scientist -B in BIS a gazzeted Officer? or Director-BIS a gazzetted Officer?
