I asked to one of the persons in HR Dept in LHO Delhi and he said, most probably the result will be out in 10-12 days after the interviews end, because the process is already late.
Bore lag raha hain. Pura interview type karta hu marks do. P1: Tell me abt yourself ME: Graduated frm so and so hsc from so and so.... father working in bank transfer so learned bengali n oriya apart frm eng hin telugu. P1: Your dad works in a pvt bank why u want to come to psb ME: job security is one of the reasons. P1: you r 22 n a bachelor dont tell me abt job security Me: Sir I can also serve the nation P1: u mean pvt sector banks doesnt help nation grow? Me: Yes but they look more for profits for ex they invest in ridf than iving loans as per psl to avoid risk though it does good its not as effective as psl scheme. P2: Is ur father happy as a banker? Me: of course P2 well he shudnt be Me why? P2 bcoz e works in pvt bank and it does no service he shudnt be Me sir it differs frm individual to individual my dad is a normal indian thinking of income n family i just thought broader. P2: what r ur hobbies Me writing stories and parody songs rorgot to mention abt quora P2 what stories u write Me presently writing one on abuse of 498A P2 only one? Me mentioned that i started writing and he checked it. Then i explained supreme court saying it legal terrorism n all. P2 shud u think capital punishment be given? Me yes tbey r not the worth the food P2 you kill someone bcoz u dont want to give food? India is not in such shortage. Me sir they will spoil the prison even. For ex dera baba P2 eo u think indians are morally so weak? Unneccesarily citing dera baba he hasnt got a death sentence.( he seemed to be a bit serious here to make me tensed and others were observing me.) Me take ajmal kasab. I dont mean indians are morally weak but they r humans nonetheless influenced by such people. P2 but these are also humans how can we hand Me explained abt auto appeal and review process for death sentences and that the cases were few and done after lot of review and hence low 3rror chance. P1: if i post u in a village where there is high npa by farmers what will u do will u lend further? Me just said i will take help of recovery executives o recover loans first P1 arent there any laws to tackle npas? Me explained sarfaesi act P3: green house effect? Me expmained P3 measures by govt to tackle pollution Me just mentioned not explained odd even scheme of eelhi govt and bs4 below vehicles ban statement of nitin gadkari. Hence c9ncluded . The main reason i feel interview was decent was i wasnt nervous nor lost eye contact and was smiling with confidence all through though they grilled me over hanging issue.

so that they will put on notification about result date

I finally said don't know.. she said " namami gange"... Apne aap mera face pe expression aa gaya ... ( Jaise andar se feeling as rahi ho bc ye tha Kya jawab😭).
Q: who is the miniser now.
A: earlier it was uma Bharti now it's gadkari.
Q: recently he has made an announcement,what was it.
A: announcement specific to ganga??
She: any related to water body...
A : recently gadkari went to MP in order to meet shivraj Singh Chauhan over ken- betwa connection,ken is overflowing river of MP and betwa is in UP has depleted water layer.

You werked earlier in a company,,( here it self I said yes Sirf for 2.5 year),, Okk so what challenges did you feel you will have to face in bankingsector??
A : sir in my company we use to work for a client so we were kind of there employee inside the company,, I worked in XYZ but our client was $$$ which is one of the biggest bank of America. So I was kind of an employeeto that bank. I realized that sooner or later Indian banking is also set to become digital like those bank for which I was working...... .....Blah blah blah.
He gave me situation:
Q: what if there is too much rush during Diwali ,how will handle it as a branch manager??
A (promptly): sir in that case we can make temporary branches..
He interrupted but for that you need to take permission I replied no - no I am saying temporary branches like helping center or using some temporary canopy like thing , because it's village and as you said it's festival time most of the people will be there for deposit, passbook and some small stuff which will be handled at those temporary branches,and of course we will have to work overtime for few days after working hours.

Throughout the interview mera body language was awesome, thoughwo good afternoon aur last mein thank you bolne utna Sahi nahi bhi kaha ja Sakta
Now that interview is over, I can go back and watch movies, tv series, football and all the other things which I had done earlier, but not with the guilt of not preparing for the interview. The thing is, it's not fun anymore :D Doing all these when the interview was just around the corner was more fun
