Since intrview is over and i have nothing better to do lets predict What will be cutoff? when will result be out? When is the joining? What is the salary in hand? Will 11th bipartite be effective in Nov? Etc 😂😂😂😂
Just a speculation : As Chairman Arundhati Bhattacharya's four-year term will end on October 6, our result may come on or before Oct first week. And if it doesn't then the process may even be delayed till Oct last week as it requires their approval.

SBI recruitment process is flawed in itself....interview marks get more importance than mains marks....how can you judge someone over an interaction of 5 minutes...? Then what is the point of making such difficult mains paper? Atleast IBPS gives more value to mains marks than interview marks...

People who had great GDPIs have a massive advantage over people who unforfunately couldn't give their best on the interview day....Difference between 25 marks and 35 marks in GDPI is HUGE ( 5 marks in aggregate).....Hence, people who had modest/below average GDPIs can only hope and pray that they clear the written cut off by a substantial margin so as to compensate for their less marks in interview.
