Msg to the so called PO's out here who are just crticizing the job!!
Every job as its pros and cons but the very point it boils down to is what one exactly wants to do in his career!! if one is not satisfied with the work that he or she is doing then prepare/leave the organisation to do something which suits you.
Coming to the work pressure and management problems that these PO's have talked about..let me throw some light on it!! these are people who have not seen other organisations on how they work and how much work load people there have and starts blabbering like they are being harassed with work out in SBI and PSB's. I have been associated with two MNC's in the past so I have a decent idea of how much work is there in pvt organisations and how management behaves there too!! About workload, u will be lucky enough to come back from office the same day in SBI and PSB's but not the same in pvt sectors!! I had come back at 2-3 am and sometimes left office at morning 7 am also just to get fresh and reach office at 11 again! Situations have occured when i didn't had a glass of water at home forget about food. I have worked on Holi, denied holiday on diwali and had to come back from goa to work on new years eve!! I m not crticising the organisation but saying wen ur committed to work u l hav to work and this is part of ur professionalism! whichever organisation u go work will be der that is for what we will be paid!! more or less that might vary
so people who have become PO's but haven't gained professionalism yet should concentrate much on incorporating that first then blabbering all bullshit about work stuff and mismanagement!!
To all the aspirants, don't listen to the stupid people out there!! ALL the best for the results.

Guys I seriously feel I won't be able to make it to the final list.. 😔 makes me sad whenever I think about the results getting released and my name not being there.. Is it the same way you guys feel? I think you are the best people who can understand what I am going through.😔
