Doc verification process is smooth. Just carry your Aadhaar Card along with you. 4 copies of Identity cert. If you dont have any photocopy they have a xerox machine. They will do it. Dont worry about it. Around 30-45 mins in total.

CM - About my current profile on microfinance. Many counter questions wrt banking and MFIs. He looked not so convinced.
M1 - Recent US Fed rate increase. What is it? what impact on economy and stock market.
M2 - Related to my integrated dual degree. How is it different? How it can help in banking?
M3 - Depreciation vs amortization. Risk management. Type of risks. How to mitigate risks in financial instituitions.
M4 - He asked 2 questions but I cannot recall his questions.
Every member asked questions from different topic based on your biodata.
Overall panel was cordial and were helping in answering if you pause somewhere but CM didn't look happy with my answers.

Options were Determination to make the Bank the top Bank, Loyalty, Integrity, Innovative, Willingness to Rise, Tech Skilled, Hard Working, Readiness to Change etc. Isme bhi we reached consensus and finished the GE a minute before. One more thing, Jinke paas koi document nahi hai, they are allowed to do submit tha said document in next 7 days. Kal raat sapna aaya ki mera jo sapna sbi hai usne apne prelims exam ka rukh fir change kiya h. Changes were as follows- 1. Every question was allotted a fix time. 2. Each que in english was allotted a time of 40 seconds. 3. Questions in packs of 5 like puzzle, di were allotted a composite time of 4 to 5 minutes. 4. Skipping is allowed but if time for any question lapsed it will get locked and u cant attempt it. .. And since my exam was in 1st shift on 1st day... even after being informed of all this from the notification, I am seeing all this first time and sweating like hell.... khatarnak vibes and mahaul tha... Guys I have a doubt here ! In 2016 the mains objective cutoff was 70 but with descriptive it became 90 out of 250 and in 2017 mains objective score was just 50 but after descriptive it became 89 out the 250 !! Final cutoff in 2016 was 49.75 and in 2017 was 46.7 !! How is the difference when scores were almost similar please explain the discrepancy!!

My interview lasted for only 5 minutes...even less i guess...and also i couldnt answer 2 questions...out of the total 5 ...how bad is it? also i was among the last 3 in my panel to go for the interview and it was almost 6.20 PM by the time my turn came..
