GD topics= Adhar should be mandated for all public serivices or not? (as i had read it in the hindu today,so was confident and spoken at no 2 and later discussion were smooth,,2 of them got lil argumentive but later they became cool soon
GE topic=qualities of a boss,,1)confidence 2)decision making 3)focus on goal
4)value 5)integrity 6)motivating to sub ordinates 7)listener to employees 8)didnt remember exact but was like counselling to subordinates...i prioritized and i somehow managed to make the group agree on 1,2 and 6 and after that we had long discussion for other points but fortunately everybody mutually agreed for all the priority ranking..so we ranked the group 1 to 8..
after that we had breakfast,,,sweet,chips,fruity,paneer pakoda
interview:-
lasted for around 15 mins,
4 members,1 female member,i wished them and they offered me the seat,i said thank you and sat but was bit nervous bcoz it was my first interview.
mam complemented for my height and said u r looking good(sari nervousness khatam ho gyi,,she was around 35 and was looking pretty) i smiled and said thank you mam,,she asked about my height ,,i replied- mam its 6'3

Chairmen-tell me the socio economic condition of bihar??told,,partially satisfied so he said u r going to be a po,u should tell something more ,then i explained everything,he said good and asked other panels to continue

then,chairman said ok abhishek,thank you,, u can go now,i left the room wit thanking them ,,MAM complement helped me alot ,bcoz of that only i was smiling all the time during interview,,all the best guys,,apne personal details achhe se cover kro,,no banking and no current affairs questions asked by them,,kuchh b puchh sakte hai,,i didnt answer for two question so i confidentally said i dont know sir..be confident be cool,,just have a healthy conversation,all the best..hoping for the best..!!!!

Name 3 states coal producing areas Name 3 Indian origin who went abroad and are making fame If you are posted in rural will you run away ? As I was already working in rural i said I don't have issue there The answer I said how engg will help me in banking was that sir Steve Jobs went to Reed college he learnt calligraphy there and when he launched Macintosh he applied calligraphy in font size so sir I would apply my engg skills later in life some place may be later in life I gave all answers and seeing my answer 4the members in panel did not asked me anything more even chairman waved him to ask me And no question from banking engg I think my stream was mech engg they did not had clues about this 😂😂😂😂
