GD/GE/PI Finally...the much awaited SBI PO phase 3 ended for me which was full of tragedies. anyways i am sharing the experience at LHO. Time : 10:30am GD : Is technology's over use decreasing manpower and increasing unemployment. We were given 5 minutes to jot down out thoughts and 20 minutes to discuss. GE : Why is India's performance in olympics poor. 1.Sports culture 2.Poverty and lack of education 3.Lack of encouragement as a career 4. Cricket fans take it all 5. Genetics 6. Lack of good coaches 7. Lack of world class sports equipment 8. Favouritism towards few players (during selection procedure) Though the topic was easy there were few who were continuously repeating few points. After this we were provided with lunch ( Chapatis, Rice, Dal, Matar Paneer,Bhindi aalu, Gulab jamun,pickle,water) The Interview started after a while.Initially the panel seemed quite interested and took interviews for long duration. Most of the candidates of my panel were interviewed for around 20-25 minutes. As i was last in my group,my turn was post 5:30pm Panel members : 1F and 4M. I entered and wished them.They offered me seat. Me: Thankyou Sir! M1 : So what have you been doing these days. Me : Preparing for examinations especially of banking sector. M1 : Why did you resign your job? Me : Answered. Though he did not pay much attention and was busy charging his phone (through powerbank). M1 : Asked a ques on my hobby ( which i had never heard before). Me : Sorry Sir. M2 : Did you go through today's newspaper? Tell us few imp headlines. Me : Answered about SC's aadhar verdict and also about LIC's plane to increase stake in IL&FS. M2: Cross ques on aadhar case. F1: Tell us something about SBI. Would you be comfrtable if placed in rural areas? Me : Yes! Then she asked if transfer was not an issue why did i resign my previous job? (I had mentioned transfer issue as the reasin to resign from previous job). M3: What are the challenges present indian banks are facing? Me: told about NPA(s) M3: Explain NPA, CRR, SLR and their use. M4: What are the reasons behind NPA? What all steps are being taken by banks to curb it? Me : Answered but he was not satisfied. They then thanked me and wished good luck.! Overall it was okay but the interview lasted for about 8-9 minutes only (unlike others) . The panel members were busy operating their phones or powerbanks .No one seemed interested in listening the answers. It seemed as if they were just completing their duty. I felt bad at this behaviour of the panel. My chances are less this year as my attempts were also too low and the interview was not that effective. Anyways. Good luck to all reading this post. THOSE WHO DID BTECH FROM APJ ABDUL KALAM UNIVETSITY( UPTU FORMERLY) PLS tell what u did...have done b.tech and max marks in all the 8 semesters were 1000 each but our grand total was calculated out of 5000 only. and it is mentioned in my final year marksheet. so while filling the total marks in the graduation after filling marks in all semesters, what should i write out of 8000 or 5000?
People who are fedup with this ibps and ssc life and wanna do different, start their somethng own, mail me [email protected] I have similar thoughts. Enough of this. We more than these exams. Delhi Punjab up and Haryana Region Lets gather around.

I am working as a clerk in BOI..i have my PO intrview on 11th oct...do i need to submit any NOC during the interview process? I didnt mention any work experience in my application form as i was not employed then... kindly clarify my doubt.. if there is someone who is already working in a psb and qualified for the gd pi round kindly help.

Guys I have a qn related to marking pattern in interview....are they giving marks to a candidates formal get up clean or well treamed face...because I had my interview yesterday and half of the nos of student were not well dressed and not well treamed also...my qn is will well formally dressed and well treamed face fetch us some marks.
