I got bunch of faltu certificates, like won many prizes at intercollegiate level for different events, first rank in college/school, headed some committees in college, etc.Shall i write about them in bio-data and attach those certificates? or waste hai ye sab? xerox mai paisa jayega faltu ka :p

Hello guys. I my not getting a good answer regarding this. I have done my BE in production engineering and after that i have joined tcs. I have 2.5 years of experience in TCS. Now if interviewer asks me why SBI after being an IT engineer then what should i say. Can you tell me a good answer for that because i heard that they reject IT people on priority and i don't know why.

I was stuck somewhere, so couldn't answer many of your queries.
Some of the frequently asked questions are:
1. Religion?
Answer: Don't write "Hinduism", "Sikhism", they are not religion, write "Hindu" or "Sikh".
2. What to mention in the languages known? "Yes/No" or "tick/cross"?
Answer: You can opt for either of these, there is no hard-and-fast rule. However, in my opinion, you should use "Yes/No", because as far as I remember, we had to fill the same while applying, and on the application form it was mentioned as "Yes" or "No".
3. What to mention in Post Graduation column, if I've not done PG?
Answer: Do not mention anything, Just append a transverse line in places where you've nothing to fill. (We were asked to do the same last yea).
4. Character Certificate?
Answer: You just need two CCs, from anywhere. It may be two Gazetted Officers, or one from GO, the other from either your employer or your School/College. I think, many employers don't give CC, and your School/College might be very far from where you're residing currently. So, the best option is to go for Gazetted Officers.
5. Identity Certificate?
Answer: The Gazetted Officer for this should be different from the one you have got signed in the CC. It shouldn't be the same.
6. How to get four copies of the Bio Data Form?
Answer: First fill all the details, along with the left thumb impression, except your Passport Sized Photo. After that get it xeroxed, four copies. Then, affix your Photograph.

Called 3 times crpd then got some answer for filling bio data form...1: in marks we can use best of 5 and scaled marks 2.. c.c and ic certificate can be signed by same officer... but 2 c.c cannot be generated of gaze.. officer... one should be from employer or college... last but not the least if any problem occurs then U have to sign a application that u will deposit ur rectified documents within a month
