guys.. i need a clarification.. today i went to IBPS CWE interview,then some one told me that " IBPS PO interview result will not be declared,they would direct give the allotment results by the end of march.." is that true?

🍻🍻my interview on 11th feb,afternoon session.. at andhra bank hed office,hyderabad.. my certificates verification was done well.. then as i entered into the panel room,i wished them.. they asked me to sit,i thanked them and sat firmly.. they asked me the following questions-
what is ur father?
how many marks did u score in the clerical examination?
did u write any other xams? and how many of them did u qualify? - i told o and clerk..
then they asked r u sure about the po result? i said yes,am confident..
what are the functions of a bank?
NEFT and RTGS,their limit of transaction amount..
what is a cheque?
who first predicted us federal reserve collapse in the year 2008?
i answered all the questions,my interview was conducted in the last round at evening 6,so i was a bit frustrated about waiting since 6 hours..
then they said k,u can leave..
i said thank u..
friends.. panel members were very friendly..
if we do not know the answer they are helping us,so nothing to worry..
i observed that many of the students were asked question on social studies,geographical history of country etc.. if such questions posed to you not to t worry,as we know they just want to test our way of responding,the way we answer etc.. sso all the best friends..!!!!!

A friend of mine has uploaded different photo on admit card of exam & application form of clerk III.
And he is confuse to upload which photo on call letter of interview.
can anyone suggest a solution of this problem,plzzz ?

(It is mention in call letter of interview to upload same photo as on admit card of exam but at interview time they hav both application form & admit card of exam with them.so its confusing )

i had my interview yesterday...........i was asked questions from gk and my science subjects......among which i could not answer two & some personal questions..........and no question from banking........
i'm not able to figure out that how was my interview actually and why did they not ask me any ques from banking....😐😐😐

I started from my graduation to last job experience.
Couple of questions were from it... like : From where i did B.tech. and MBA. 
-Question : What was your score : 110
Question : Why banking ?
Answer :
I was not happy with my job and i was trying to come in bank since 2011.
here they asked me my about my job
When i said i worked in NEESA GROUP...
he asked me in gujarati that : y i left such good job where the owner is
sanjay gupta ( Who was IAS officer )
I answered it well then he explained the other reasons about the company.👼👼👼
Question : Tell me about negative branding as brand management was my subject
Answer :
Brand has its own value. Like RIN and TIDE, they used to fight over
the best product so used to pull each others brand names to get negative impact.
He satisfied but then he asked me about KING FISHER : i said yes i know a Vijay Malya's company.
He : yes that company also got the negative branding effect.
Question : What is NRI and why are they important to India ?
Answer : Non resident Indian... they help us to provide Forex reserves, foreign currency.
here he asked me How much approx Forex reserves India hold right now ?
Question : What is difference between 15th august and 26th January ?

what was the cut off this year and last year.
Answer : Score was low and dint get good marks in interview last time. :👼👼👼

why we use IFSC when MICR ws already there?
micr could hv been used fr e transaction also.....(or just by adding sm letter like e to diffrentiate btwn both type of transactions)
any quiz competitions..,ncc(A)...certificates(on the winning side) hold any value at the interview?
do they fetch any xtra marks or is it a complete no no???
someone was asked that what if at the end of the day the total money collected by you dosent match the official records what would you do ?
