is there ny interest paid by RBI to banks on CRR?
how is NDTL calculated ?? when a bank is depositing CRR and SLR both, after giving the CRR will the SLR be calculated on (NDTL-CRR) amount?? suppose a bank has 100rs total deposits . with how much money it can do business ??

Done with my interview.region madhya pradesh bhopal, It was fine. panel consisted of 4 members- 3 males 1 female.

M1, lady: In which year you've completed your graduation and name u're principal?
Why didn't u go for bhartiya mahila bank? who is head of bhartiya mahila, bank of india, axis bank?
why do we need self help group n how r they different from banks?
me: answered all except the name of head of bank of India and axis bank 😞 felt really bad
M2: what were u're subjects in graduation? what is law of marginal diminishing utility, law of demand? what is economics?
me: answered all
M3: tell me about y're family background?
me: answered well this time.
M4: In which bank you've account, what kind of , identity and address proof required for opening bank account?
me: this one was easy, told them.
In the end they said all the best and thank you. The interview lasted for 20 minutes.

I was holding file in my hand ..... m1: Are beta, ye file piche rakh do.... aaram se baith jaao ... cash to nahi hai isme ?? Me : No sir, Cash se bhi jaada valuable cheez hai .... (m1 and F1 started smiling ... )

M2 : Apne family background, 10th , 12th and Graduation ke percentage batao.... (told)

M1: koi placement nhi hua???? I said nahi sir, koi company nahi aayi placement ke liye ....

M1: Okk to aapko 10th mein kaun sa subject pasand tha ... ? Me: Sir , Maths .... m1: Okk .... main aapse class 5th ke questions poochta hu.... beta mera knowledge itna hi hai ..... 5th se jada ka mujhe nhi aata .... Me: okk sir, poochiye....

M1: Batao, 1 kg mein kitne miligrams hote hain ???? Me: (thinking) .... Said 1000 x 1000 ....f1 : wo writing pad pe calculate karke batao ..... I have calculated and told them .... M1 said right... Ab batao 20 miles kitne kilo meter ke equal ??? I have calculated but forgot that 1 mile = 1.6 k.m. I calculated on 1.4 km ....answer was wrong ....

M2: are aap to ye choti choti calculation mein bhi paper pen use kar rhe ho ..... me: Sir, ye kuch jaada hi basic ho gaya..... M1, started laughing Chalo ab Thoda higher level pe aate hain... aur batao kaun sa subject achcha lagta tha .... me: (thinking)Sir, Physics Chemistry ...... M2 : Are saare ek milte julte subjects... Me: Sir ab soch ke bolna padega ..... Again they laughed ....

M1: Alloy kya hote hain ? (Told) Examples ??? Me: (looking at roof , window, water glass... but couldn't remember ..... "sir ..... wo Aluminium , copper ko mila ke banta hai .... " Haan haan naam batao ....

I couldn't recollect .... :banghead: M1: Chalo agla question ..... me: Sir, Stainless Steel.... "M1: Yes.... Stainless steel alloy hai .... F1: kin kin Metal se banta hai ??? (told)

M1: Chalo batao.... kis temperature pe centigrade and kelvin equal hote hain ..... (I answered wrong) ... Then I said X maan ke nikaal sakte hain .... he said wo to mujhe pata hai ki tum nikaal hi loge ... chalo choro ...ab Sir poochengey ....

M3: SEBI kya karta hai ??????? (Told) , Insurance sector ko kaun regulate karta hai? (told) .... (flow maintained by me.... :smile: ) Leaves green kyu hoti hain ??????(hain .... :wow: ...economics mein green leavesw... ye kaun sa naya concept hai , thodi der baad samajh mein aaya ...tree leaves ) ....

Everybody started laughing ..... I was looking at them ...why they are laughing ???? Then I realized my mistake ..... tab tak m3 sir ne bola ...are aap log hasiye mat ... wo chlorofil bolna chaah rha hoga .... kyu beta choloform ya cholorofil ???? Sir, Chlorofill .... ( :embarrassed: )

F1: Lucknow mein 2 research centers ke naam batao .....

me: Ma'am naam nahi yaad hai... location pata hai ..... Wo ek hazratganj mein hai .... M1 told the name .... yaa sir vinegar ka hai .... M1: Vinegar ???? (everybody again started laughing) .... Sir, I mean Sugar cane ..... M2: Yaa you are right ..... F1: Achcha anchalik vigyan kendra kaha hai ..... (got confused with "Nakshatrashaala" .... told wrong ) .... again :wow: expression on all the panel members .... M1 said ....okk beta You may go now .... Tabhi mujhe yaad aa gaya . "Ma'am.... UPSC building ke paas hai ...." F1 and M1: haan ab sahi bola... Me: Sir, aaj batti der se jal rhi hai" M1: koi baat nhi beta, kabhi kabhi Voltage low ho jaata hai ...... " Now everybody was laughing .......

I thanked them , ....... M1 said All d best ...... while other members still laughing .... I thanked again and left the room......

I entered the room and they asked me to have seat , i wished them (first to mam them to others ) ....

Me:no mam, I m Brahmin ... and gave sweet smile to her 😁

M1:(after looking at my graduation marks ) u have good academics and (honor's degree In mechanical ) that's good then why do u want to join bank ? ....(this question was in Hindi)

Me:Sir...the type of person i m .... and then i started why i wanna join banking sector (all of them were satisfied the way i replied 😃 )

suddenly M3 says beta unhone hindi mein poocha hai why u r replying in english

M3:Say in hindi 😛

Me: Sorry sir and then i started saying in hindi 😛

M1:ur fathers' job

me:He Booking supervisor in Indian railways Again m3 :banghead: said beta hindi mein bolo .....again i said sorry sir

Reached the venue by 12.30.I had the PO interview interview in the same venue ,so had a rough idea about whats gonna happen.
verification was smooth and swift and was over by 2.30.My number was 23rd in the list and I was called to the interview room by 4.30.
Greeted them.panel consisted of 3 gents and a lady.Interview was.conducted in local language.In my case malayalam.
-Was asked to self introduce myself.
-Family background questions
-Why bank job
-Name some indian animation movies
-Father of malayalam language
-Many random questions about malayalm poets and writers
-What are Npa.Is it good or bad to a bank
-what are dronacharya and arjuna awards?who got dronacharya award in 2013.
-Questions about my town
-total number of padma awrards given last time
-Where is malayalam university located
-Was asked to read from newspaper
-Write my name and a paragraph in local language.
Thats it, they offered a chocolate and was adviced to rush to railway or bus station( attukal pongala on sunday)

are the legal heirs eligible to get the money??

if there is debit balance in deceased's account ? say there is overdraft of 100000 , are the legal heirs or joint account holder liable to pay to bank?

I was the 10th in my Panel -I and there were 3-4 absentee.I had already travelled 2 hours Journey to reach the center and felt hungry and thirsty.Thank God On my thought Tea started being served with opened biscuits of Good Brand (Mixed like some were Goodday and Bakery made).My turn Came up

M2:Good Morning and Have a Seat.

Me: Sir first of all to mai ye dekhunga ki vo candidate neverous to nhi hai kyuki sir kyai bar aisa hota hai ki samne vala nervous hota hai jisse uska real potential nhi pata chalta.Agar hai to mai use comfort level dene ki koshish karunga fir I will ask his academic related questions and his achievements.Fir unko apni Job requirements ke sath match karunga jiska correlations sabse jayda hoga aur variation kam mai us candidate ko select karunga M2: He was Impressed :splat:

for interview you must prepare your basic study and your subject but the most thing which you prepare first is your mind... :D.... Best of luck guys....
