eye is an object....sth that doesnt have life....so u cant use apostrophe to show possession...its possible only when apostrophe is used in context with a person to show possession....
for eg....This is Ram's pen.:RIGHT
but saying...
The pen's cap is broken:is WRONG
u shud say...
The cap of the pen is broken: RIGHT

u can also use an apostrophe to show contraction....like

It is really hot: can be written like: It's really hot.
I am a bad boy:I'm a bad boy


Then wats ur take on sentences like Bird's eye or Lion's mane????
