Here, we are using a Comparison, so comparitive forms shud be used and also, Parallel Construction is not there in other options. Relative Pronouns haven't been properly used.
Diligent and Bright are not the comparitive forms - It should be Diligence and Brightness as per parallelism too. :)

Unless we notice a (drastic/ dramatic) improvement in your performance, we are not going to extend your contract.

As was her (wont/want) she kept all of us in the dark about her intentions.
