The men,three of _____ are dwarfs,were selected for WWE.
Here,forget the WERE SELECTED part.Just look at - three of _____ are dwarfs.
Try using THEY/THEM in the blank.Which one fits??
@sonamaries7 said:1) shud be whom...
For question framing,we use " ______ they say...." wala part and not "....is a great person."
Similarly,for "The men,three of _____ are dwarfs,were selected for WWE." we use ".....three of ___ are dwarfs" wala part and not the later one.

This question is from cat 1991. We have to choose the grammatically correct option.
a) The best part of the programme is the dances.
(b) The best part of the programme are the dances.
(c) The best part of the programme are the dance.
(d) The best parts of the programme is the dances.
According to the CL solution the answer is a) but ans is b) as the subject of the sentence is 'The dances' and not 'The best part' which is the subject according to CL. So the verb should be are instead of is. Please express your views. If anyone has other solution than CL, please upload it.
