Is it mandatory that we avail of the bus service or can we directly reach the campus in lavale on our own?
my Gd/Pi is at 12.30pm TOMORROW, and i was thinking of directly reaching the venue after starting from mumbai..

there is no problem if u go there by any mode of transport.

just make sure u reach the college on time. fyi : its at some height and near isbm in sus village, if u have idea ab the place it shud not be a problem.

The bus service is provide for aspirant support purpose...
If you can make to lavale on your own accord then please go ahead...

I went through the process yesterday. carry the annexure with you. CV is not mandatory. carry it if you want to but I have not heard of anyone being asked for their CV. PS: the application form you filled in for SIBM-P will be with the panelists. They will also have copies of your annexure so even the annexure is for your reference only

I have a couple of queries/doubt.Would be really nice if you could dispel them before I take on the arduous exercise of coming to Pune from where I live.

I have lost my b.tech gradecard /marksheet.I have got a duplicate issued day before yesterday but the hardcopy is in transit,I am afraid I wont receive it in time.:banghead:.I have mailed the admission committee yesterday 4th feb@10:00p.m (I had attached the scanned copy of the grade card and the b.tech certificate and also the scanned copy of the photocopy of the original grade card) and my buddy on the same day although at 2:a.m. to suggest an alternative.

I thought it would not be a big deal since usually colleges ask for originals submission much later.So I did not bother to write to the admission committee.

But having seen a lot of guys talking abt the strictness in the verification process before P.I.I am not sure even if i should turn up for the process without my B.tech gradecard(it is a long trip for me to show up at pune:|). I do have a scanned copy of the gradecard which the academic section had sent me in case it works for now.

I have the original B.tech certificate though stating I had completed the B.tech from the college.Without the original I can even get the print out the scanned copy attested!So will the verification team take a reasonable view of my case?
I mean I will receive it here by 9 or 10 the feb :splat: at my place but I cannot possibly show up at pune again just for that!!

speaking of attestations,for which one do we need attestations?I see only the 4th point mentioned asked for that,that too only if applicable,rgt?!


You are required to carry the following documents at the t ime of GE & PI process
1. Original Call Let ter for the SIBM Pune GE & PI Process which will be dispatched on
24th January, 2012
2. Original SNAP 2011 Admit Card and Score Card along with any one photo
identification proof like Driving License, Voters ID, Passport, PAN Card, College IDCard or
Employee IDCard
3. Duly f illed in Current Information Form as mentioned earlier
4. Category supporting documents(if applicable): Caste Cert ificate for SC & ST,
Kashmiri Migrant Cert if icat es &Different; ly Abled Certificate as applicable. Carry the original
certificate for verification and one attested photo copy for submission
5. Mark Sheet for Class 10th, original and photocopy
6. Mark Sheet for Class 12th, original and photocopy
7. Graduat ion Cert ificate, original and photocopy.(If appeared/appearing for final year
examinat ions, then original and photocopy of Semester/Year wise MarkSheets)
8. Work Experience cert ificate, if applicable
9. A copy of the Annexure submitted to SIBM Pune
10. Any other cert ificates pertaining to achievements / award

Also for WE: payslips and confirmation letter and Hike-in-pay copy will be sufficient right?

and one last query
by original SNAP SCORE CARD they mean the pdf from snaptest.org right?
Coz I did not receive any hardcopy of the score card!

If your photocopies are attested by the concerned institution then it is fine... plus since you mentioned that you have the original graduation certificate, you should bring that along as proof of completion

for work ex, please get your joining letter and your last pay slip as confirmation

ya you can take out a print of the same scorecard in the snaptest website..

@gauruvus, my extempo was for 5minutes and I was given 15 seconds to prepare. maybe abhinandkr can throw some light on his extempo and how much time others are being asked to speak for in general

my extempo topic was about intellect being more important than emotions in life. 15seconds to think, 5mins to speak. dont worry buddy. one can never really prepare for it. do some general reading and hope for the best. stay confident 😃 hope others share their experiences too.

1) Do all the marksheets and certificate photocopies need to be attested?

2) I'll be reaching the campus directly so by what time am I suppose to reach?
