I have GE/PI slot on 5th Feb . Is anyone going form chandigarh on or before 5th Feb ?
good question shourya- the only point in this is SIU combines professors of various colleges.including SIBM PUNE. The paper was a fiasco really full of errors and confusion. atleast sibm pune could have analysed the paper and helped the students to conduct the test again and my respect for the college would have remained.
the only good thing happened out of all this is i just got to know how important it is to get the best colleges and so i will try next year only cat and xat and nmat. again n again till i get the good colleges.
SIBM Pune doest not have ANY SAY in matters like these...
We were asked about a report on the fiasco and the Aspirant Relations Team did submit one agreeing with what you mentioned...
But as I mentioned earlier.... SIU is independent in its decision (committee was set up etc)...
So its a humble request on my part to ask you not to form opinions about institutions based on what you read in the media and to actually try and understand what goes on behind the scenes before coming to any conclusions bro...
Anyways I respect your decision regarding exams etc..
All I can say is.... HOPE YOU DO REALLY WELL NEXT YEAR and crack an institution of your choice

I joined on September 2010. This date is not mentioned in my offer letter but I have official e-mails regarding this. Would it suffice?

Can you throw some light regarding the wait-list, as in people who are there in wait-list when are they generally cleared and is 7th march the last date even for people who gets cleared from the wait-list or that will happen after 7th march i.e. people who wont submit their fees by 7th march will stand canceled and new people from the wait-list will get chances--am i right??
Also can you tell me the last wait-list number who gets converted in general??

That is a very open ended question sir.
It all depends on your GI/PI on that particular day and how you score in them
But you do have a good score which should help you in getting some advantage in getting a consolidated score..

1st start from 8:30 and 2nd from 12:30 (4hrs difference in between)
so will second slot end at 4:30???

Ok so what happens is..
The merit list will be published on 21st Feb... those selected will be given a window of 14 days (thereabout) to submit their 1st installment..
Those who do not do that will ensure that the seat falls vacant....
The vacancies will then be allotted to ppl who were next on the merit list (this will be published after the deadline for payment of the last list is over)
This process continues till there are no more vacancies...
For general category, according to last year and the year before, the waitlist will be exhausted completely.
