Hi seniors. Could you please answer my query.
My bag containing my 10th and 12th certificates got stolen while travelling 2 months ago. I filed an FIR and have applied for duplicates. It's still in process. But I will be getting only by March. Will I be rejected for that. I have colour printout of my certificates attested by my school Headmaster though.
Please help me.

SIBM has been surprising the students each year as far as the particulars of the process is concerned so please dont form a prejudice on past experiences as you may become uncomfortable when the actual thing turns out to be different
The Annexure is definitely one of the toughest among many PI forms of various institutes. Again extremely different from last years.
As far as changing slots is concerned, guys let us not forget that carrying out this entire 5 day process is a huge task in itself. Time and again SIBM has been praised for its student friendly and low waiting period GE/PI. Changing slots would create a lot of mess adding to the already huge responsibility.
I hope all the anti-SNAP people are happy as the cut offs reflect the fairness of dealing. Day end there will be people who will be sour (like i am for CAT) and also people who have recieved calls from SIBM and are very happy about it (again like I am
Who knows who will make it and who wont 180/1200 is still a small ratio. But whatever the outcome maybe, as of today we are excited and energetic about our chances. So lets make the most of it and take the best out of it!

I haven't chosen a slot as yet.
Is it possible to know if any of the 10 slots is full?

Yes you will be refunded your fees according to SIU and UGC norms...
Cost for the pre-induction program + Rs 1000 (UGC norms) will be deducted from your deposited amount and the rest will be given back to you within 10 days of your application for withdrawal of admission

But people you have to realise this, SIBM PUNE DOES NOT CONDUCT SNAP
We have no say in the paper or questions or ANYTHING RELATED TO IT.....
SNAP is exclusively conducted by the Symbiosis International University independently..
@Sarthak ....... why give US the thumbs down mate?? what did SIBM Pune do wrong??

@shourya---Please advise regarding the work-ex certificate that needs to be produced. I am currently working in my first job and I wont be getting a work-ex certi unless i leave the organisation. I can howver furnish my offer letter and 1st pay slip and also pay-slips for last 3 months. Will these suffice??
It will be very helpful if you can provide pointers regarding the same.
P.S.---How many bengalis are there in SIBM-Pune??...offtopic though 😛

If you can't produce your work ex certi, your last pay slip, offer letter will suffice as a complementary to the above...
But you will have to produce your work ex. certificate once you confirm your seat and join SIBM Pune
There are VERY FEW bengalis but QUITE A LOT of ppl from calcutta
my batch (batch 2012) has around 3 bengalis and 10 ppl form cal
junior batch (batch 2013) has around 5 bengalis and 7-8 ppl from cal

good question shourya- the only point in this is SIU combines professors of various colleges.including SIBM PUNE. The paper was a fiasco really full of errors and confusion. atleast sibm pune could have analysed the paper and helped the students to conduct the test again and my respect for the college would have remained.
the only good thing happened out of all this is i just got to know how important it is to get the best colleges and so i will try next year only cat and xat and nmat. again n again till i get the good colleges.
