and what all does one need along with the form, photo and self addressed envelops 2 fill up the form....
Labels are only like self addressed stickers. They are given with prospectus. You just need propectus and photo. Nothing else. I don't have any idea about availabiliy of forms. You can send a DD to SIIB and ask for the prospectus!
We understand the excitement and apprehensions at this stage..as the last date to submit the form is approaching..but please go through the previous pages of this thread before u post ur questions..Most of ur queries have been answered :)
and now for some important announcements
The application form enclosed with the prospectus will be accepted by the office till Monday,7th Jan...Make sure that u register online too before the stipulated time and date...( 10 pm,6th Jan)...However,i wud advise u to send ur forms ASAP to avoid any delay
Those students who are unable to get a prospectus may register themselves online and send a DD for Rs 1200/-..Upon the receipt of the draft,we shall send an email with the application form as attachment..You can download the form,take a print-out,fill up the form and FAX it back to us
You just require 1 passport photograph along with ur signature to fill up the form..no documents,certificates,xerox copies required at this stage.
Hope this info. clears most of the doubts of aspiring SIIBians:)
I have registered online but i could not find it anywhere a link to print it. DO i just send a DD of 1200 in a ordinary envelop?? or do i attach a letter .. its so confusing.... Is that it? is that all i need to do????

Just fill up the form and submit it online...no need to take a print-out and send it..u also need to fill up the form enclosed with the prospectus(no need to send dd in that case)...pls read my previous post if u r unable to get a prospectus :)
Even i posted only teh application form along with the id stickers and to be on the safer side , a photocopy of my SNAP admit card. I did register online. But i m not sure if i ve to take a printout of teh same and submit it.
If yes, i ll have to post the printout alone to SIIB office.

Apart from filling d form online, you need to fill the form which was enclosed in the prospectus & send it across to SIIB along with dat stickers.........
can any of the seniors from SIIB help me with dis....its urgent... I have given some wrong info in the SNAP registration...i called up the snap authorities but thy said we have to provide the correct information in the application forms...bt thn the SIIB application form says the info shud match with the snap registration...wht shud i do???

Just provide the correct info. in the SIIB form..don't worry abt the discrepancy with the details submitted in SNAP.
yee haw!.....forms finally arrived here in lucknow....they're available in IMS learning center, ganj. will get my draft cancelled 2morro! thnx 2 all d SIIB guys!:grin:
i have made an egregious mistake while submitting the form available with prospectus. due to some confusion( which i regret so much) i have marked MBA agri alongwith MBAIB while i wanned to apply only for MBAIB . I have already sent one mail to [email protected] regarding this. if i view online application it shows that application form has been recieved for my SNAP ID and shows a tick against only MBAIB. if i proceed to next page it gives a notice in red that i need to send a DD of 1200 for applied course. Is there any way out of this situation. please do reply...i am in need of help to avert cancellation of my application.
