Hi!
Are we supposed to fill any details online?
I only sent the form available in the prospectus.
The website says the online registration which is mandatory for siib etc.
Do we need to enter some info online apart from sending the form that we get at IMS and other places?

Hi vinsdome,

In addition to filling up the form enclosed with the prospectus,u also need to register online before 6th Jan,10 PM

i was so worried abt d form's unavailability at lucknow frm d past 1 week!
so obviously i'll feel happy if all d probs get sorted out all of a sudden!

Hi guys i have sent a draft for Rs. 1200 to SIIB on 3rd. Now the form has been uploaded online... wot to do? should i send this form also?????? Pls help.... nobody is picking up the phone... Its so frustating

Download the form ,take a print-out and send it to us ASAP.

I hv sent my application form which was attached wid prospectus on 4th thro speed post. Post Office ppl said it will take 2 days to reach. So i think my envelop will reach on 6th jan. So will it be ok or my application will be rejected?? Plz reply.

Hey keyur one of the seniors had mentioned that the forms would be accepted till 7th jan.

Secondly if you have sent your application form, you can track your mail on IndiaPost's website through their speedpost tracking system.

Download the admission form from the website,take a print-out,fill it up and send it across ASAP..The prospectus wud be sent to u later.

i have committed a grave mistake.. i havent attached the form along with my draft... and now i have filled the online form... wat to do now?? should i send sccross d form as well...

Yes, pls send the admission form duly filled (with photo and signature) ASAP

so i leave blank 'prospectus purchased from' and form no.....

Download the admission form from the website,take a print-out,fill it up and send it across ASAP..The prospectus wud be sent to u later.

Write 'SIIB' for prospectus purchased from...leave the 'form no' field blank

thanx a lot .... but there seems to be no way out now, the post office is closed now and tomorrow is sunday so it can be posted only on monday, too late by then:(

Well..all u can now do is to send a fax of the filled form tomorrow and send the hard copy thru bluedart on mon so as to reach here on tuesday..ur form may be accepted..will speak to the admissions abt it

You can call up the admissions office from monday onwards and check the
status of your form.
