The process of handing out the calls includes the score tht each candidate has and addn to tht certain weightages or scores for educational background e.g. engineer/CAs/ICWAs etc gettn weightages. Thn the performance in ur graduation e.g. above 80% gettn a certain score, between 70 and 80% gettn smthn. Finally ur work ex with a minimum of one year of work ex gettn certain points with an upper cap to 4 yrs of wrk ex (in terms of giving points). After addn all this the GD/PI lists are declared. The process here mentioned was for the last year so tht every one can have a fair idea. The cuttoff score for last year for general category was 76.5. Lastly, this year the number of applications have increased bt the max marks have come down frm 200 to 180. So, all the best to all

Guys,pls note that there are no sectional weightages assigned by SIIB to different sections and neither do we have any sectional cut-offs.
SIIB calculates its score on the basis of total SNAP marks+marks for acads,professional qualifications and work-ex.

So dont worry if u've low scores in any section...u still have a chance provided ur aggregate score is gud.

+ 6 months exp ( International)

do i have any chance for SIIB?

X- 81.4% (CBSE)
XII- 83.2% (CBSE)
Engg- 68.37% (VTU-CSE)
Work Ex- 29 months in Infosys (Banking domain if that helps :D) as on 31st dec

Have given up hopes on SIBM and SCMHRD 😞 What are the chances of getting a call from SIIB?

Can u plz explain in wht terms are u talkn abt? If its regardn the graduation score thn it depends upon whch stream r u coming frm. N If u r in final year , thn aggregate till 7th sem for an engineer and so on for respective backgrounds.

what did that mean ? for engineer aggregate marks of four years?

Final year score alone wont help. Its the aggregate score tht wud matter. Ur work ex is also less than 1 yr whch makes it of little relevance. Tough, its wht al i can say

I scored 68.75 in snap..do istand a chance for siib ...
i score 82 in 10th,88 in 12th, 72 in ug til now(am not an engineerin student)...with some extra currics..am a general category student...pls do rep me varun


Goin by the last year stats ur situation is nt so bright especially aftr considern the facts tht u r neither and engineer nor have any work ex. Bt thn, nobdy knws wht knd of scores have the ppl applyn to siib this yr have recieved. So keep ur fingers crossed and hope tht u r on the rt side of the flow whn the list is out. Al the best
