does SIIB consider only acad profile? bcoz they never asked for extra currics

Yes..u have a very gud chance of getting short-listed for both IB and ABM.
The no. of applications received this time around are not known as of now but i can tell u there has been a significant jump from the last year's figures which were close to 20k (for IB n AB combined )

I thnk many of the guys here have nt read the eligibility criteria for AB course. Eligibilty: Graduate in Agri Sciences or Agri related discipline from any statutory University with minimum 50% (for SC / ST Categories: 45%) marks at Graduate level. Also Non Agri graduates from any statutory University with minimum 50% (for SC / ST Categories: 45%) marks at Graduate level having work experience in agribusiness. @ maulik- if i understand it correctly, u wnt be eligible for AB course

No, dates are alloted by the college itself. The info on date changes wil be up later along with the list. Generally, such requests are entertained only if there is a genuine reason.

GD is a case study based round. Join a coaching institute if u dn knw hw to go abt it. Thn there is a round involving grp task to check ur leadership and team skills. A written communication round and finally an interview. More talk on all these whn we start the thread aftr the lists are out

varun4pec SaysGenerally, the work ex certificate is smthn on company's letterhead duly signed. It doesnt has a specified format bt shud reflect ur years or months of work. Last month pay slip can be attached as a second check

Thanx a lot, but i heard frm my frnds that the cochin instis will let u attend gd/pi classes only if u show em ur call letter, n by the time we hopefully get ours it wud be too late....

All those guys who have queries ans apprehensions abt their forms kindly PM me ur respective snap ids and form numbers. I wil get in touch with the office and wil try to get some info. Bt thn, al u guys dn stop the efforts frm ur sides. Somtimes there is a time crunch on our sides too. Bt i wil defiantely try.

I scored a measely 69.25 in snap. I have 7 months experience which i don think wil be considered by siib. what are the chances like based on last yr cutoffs assuming that the cutoff this year might be a few % points more than that of last yr.?
