its as per last year schedule..i get 3 bonus for more than 80 in grad.(84.3 thanks to deemed university) after that i got another 3 for being an engineer...so my total comes to 78.....its coming to 78 i might have typed it wrong(my mistake) in last post...sorry dude...its 78...its also last time's method..this time weightage could be different...i am not too..optimistic... thanks for spotting it out..

I ve done economics(H) from DU with an agg of 64% n m also a fresher. my snap score is 77.25, acc to last yrs weightages my score would add upto only 78.25.isin there any relief for students who ve done their grad in eco since in eco u dont get an agg of over 70.

dont worry.. it will nt be a problem.. u have gud snap score.. ve gud acads... eco grad.. great ... i think u can expect a call.. there r many eco grad at SIIB from SRCC,delhi....
by the way.. hows Finance in SIIB... me heard it ok types.... marketing is their forte...
at SIIB, finance is also gud.... many gud financial companies visit our campus for final placements... u can see the list.. in earlier posts... bt YES !!! Marketing is SIIB's USP...

it has been mentioned in page 112 of this thread...alongwith cutoffs and weightage...7 months work ex. wont help dude...more than one year is the valid work ex...as per ur details you can add 2(for 76%in grad)+3(for being an engineer) in your SNAP score...so a total bonus of 5 marks could be added.. thats last year scheme...just gives u an idea...weightage might be different this time..wait for 2 more days and you'll find out for urself...:popcorn:
I have a score of 75.75 with over 32 months workex in a leading IT company. with 70 % in BE. However in 12th i have 58%. Is it a problem in getting a call? Have good extracurricular and sports representation till state level.

you have gud chances of getting a call cos of ur score and profile..there was no weightage for class 12th marks for initial shortlisting last year...there may be a change this year,its not known as of now

SIIB gives out GD/PI calls on the basis of SNAP score and the profile of candidates..there are no weightages for difft sections,only the total SNAP score is taken into consideration for shortlisting.

These were the weightages added to your SNAP score for last year's admission process
For average graduation performance:
Above 80% - 3 marks 70% to 80% - 2 marks 60% to 70% - 1 mark
For fulltime work experience @ 1 mark per year subject to a maximum of 3 marks
For Educational Background : CA / ICWA - 4 marks, Engineers / B.Sc (Agri) - 3 marks ,Electronics / Computers / Food Technology - 2 marks.
The parameters and weightages may change for this year's process
Based on these weightages,u have a decent chance of getting a call
