what is the approximate cutoff to get a call from sitm...and please tell more about the average package,the % of students getting placed,highest and lowest salary...

extra curricular- won 1 st prize in inter engineering college group dance competetion. 3rd prize in group dance in youth festival, university level. Coordinated and managed various events
like gathering, technical festival, blood donating camp. Is an active member of ECO(Environment Conservation Society). Was an active member of college magzine comity. Regular blood donar.
What are my chances to getting in if i score more than the cut off???? Are my acads low???

ur acads wont create any prblms for ur admission
just score good in snap and perform well in ge-pi process

the calls will totally be based on snap score
if u have some relevent experience in telecom, u definitely have an edge
but just being from e&tc; background wont help u much
does they offer course only in telecom management or marketing and odr courses are also offered??
what abwt placements??? only telecom companies recruit the ppl or odr companies also recruit the students???
after mba will i hv the option to work wid odr companies also or will i have 2 work wid telecom companies only???

I have already checked the link but now the placements must have started for current batch.... I would like to know current year's placement & the roles & packages offered by the companies....
Also would like to know the preference given by the companies to which stream ? i.e. to system or finance....

it has two streams right...finance & systms and markting n finance..is this s like more of telecom marketing n finance or its like the general marketing n finance streams,

but there are additional subjects related to telecom field
for eg. in first semester u hav a subject called "introduction to telecom technologies"
additionally there is an international telecom seminar every year in which speakers 4m all over the world

this year it was shown on Zee business on 8th n 9th october
