Hi Everyone,
So there has been considerable doubt regarding SNAP scores and their relation to percentile this year. Career launcher has attempted to put these doubts at bay.
Your Percentage score in each section has been calculated using the foll formula:
(Your Raw sectional score/ Raw score of highest scorer in SNAP in that section) * 100
So, if in logic , you obtained 25/60 and the highest scorer obtained 57/60 , your percentage score would be
(25/57) * 100 = 43.8
and NOT (25/60) * 100 = 41.67
Conversely, it means that if your report shows a Logic %age score of 43.8, it does NOT mean you scored (43.8 * 60)/100 = 26.28, as many people are taking and getting inflated scores
It means you scored (43.8*57)/100 = 25.
Career launcher has access to the highest scores in each section therefore they would accurately be able to give you your individual scores and come up with a score-percentile list.
For those of you who don't want to register with CL, watch this thread. For those who have already registered , please post your overall percentile given by Symbi and your CL score as calculated using the above link.
Thank you!
