I get a page asking me for the preference of my dates on the SPJAIN site, but it doesnt mention which field i have got a call for ............neither have i received email from Mrs. Parab.
can ne body help me in this matter??

Cool man....well done.....All the best for ur GI.....u must have also written pretty good essays to deserve a call.....me also chennai ,88%ile CAT but I guess similarity between us ends there 😃 ....no calls from SPJ as expected....

in all probablity its for the first preference that u wud have mentioned on the form.

All those who have applied prior to today for the interview dates will need to reapply. I called them up and they said because of some nerds who submitted the dates for others without their knowledge they had to add the cat id and thats why they refreshed the database.
Who the hell played this bakwas joke.....

whoa buddy....look up this very page.....fella with 87%ile made it....there are others in the 80s who have made it too.....U r in a more elite gang at least as far as CAT score is concerned 😃 ...although as everybody has been stressing...CAT score in SPJ does not have a major weightage like other top institutes.....all the best...

Considering ur work-ex and preference....its most probably IM....i havnt seen anyone getting a call for their second choice yet.......all the best.

Wat's the min %ile that has fetched a call(leaving 5+ yrs of quality exp. in MNC(or so),xcellent acad,social service,co-curricular apart)
is it 88 or even less then that in the 1st list....?
Hi guys.......
I had specified the date yest itself and got a confirmation for Feb. 5 at 9.30 AM but got this second mail today stating that it would be treated as null and void and one needs to specify the date again. Did that just now and luckily got the same date again though the time has changed to 8.30 AM now.
It wud have been a real problem if I wudn't have got the same date since I had booked the train/flight tickets yest itself. The site seems to be working fine now. I wud suggest that you guys access it and get a date confirmation at the earliest coz that wud enable u to get confirmed train tickets and good deals on air tickets too.
Anyone else for Feb. 5 ??

I have still not been able to select my interview dates on the website due to the HTTP 500 Internal Server error message. I called up SPJAIN. They gave me a wonderful answer..."the error message is not their problem. It is the server's problem. Try again!!!"

Guys who have got calls please tell us .. anyone has got calls in a specialization that he not worked in ... i have 2 year work ex in finance but have applied to marketing ... beacuse what i have heard from people that generally sp jain prefers .. calling people who have marked the same specialsiation as their work ex ...
I have not got a call though my cat percentile is also very low ......
