the second list is out. i didnt have my name in the first list , but when i checked my mail today i had a call, and the site confirmed the same. So i guess the second list is out.

So its two people who have calls now......and if it is true that only a 100 people have been called in the 2nd list as someone said before then it is very likely that we wont see too many more PGites receiving calls.....
its pretty goodbye SPJ 2005 for me.....all the best to the rest...

For the others lets start for CAT 2005 now 😁 and ofcourse not depend on SP jain as we can not change our acads...

look MBA is not at all the end...oppurtunity never see that whether u r an MBA or not ...& let me tell u frankly I have seen ppl even after IIT + IIM they r frust ...dont feel depressed ...may b ur destiny want to take u to a better B school...u never no what lies nxt ...from my personal xperience i m telling u ..believe in destiny & the proverb that " Jo hota hai acche ke liye hota hai" so b cheerful.
U r ruining the name for which MUNNABHAI is famous....

Could the lucky ppl who've got calls please enlighten us poor souls who haven't got in what their profiles are. Atleast we'l know who we lost out to. And also get an indication what profile of ppl have been selected for the second list. 
Just had a doubt as to what kind of evaluation SPJIMR does on a application form. I had an interview call with them last yr. and din convert.
Was still in my final yr of graduation last yr with 96% in cat. This yr i submitted a better form i.e. better essays, 9 months work-ex!!, additional education, more social work and a 97% in cat!! etc etc
DID NOT GET AN INTERVIEW CALL EVEN!!
IF i was good enough for them last yr, why not this time??I've only enhanced and added to my skills! Really can't understand what goes through the minds of adcom before deciding on a candidate's future. Can someone help me rationalize this in my head? Feeling utterly disgusted and dejected!!

neways..cant help it...thats life...
guys i really dont know want to do this really reahing the frustratiuon point ... MBA is not the end of the world that for sure ...but otherwise no gives u chance man ... so need the stamp if someone wants to be in the Corporate world

MBA at sp jain or iims is not the end of the world...i can see so many sorry faces in here.....i dont know y u r so disgusted....those institutes lost u guys....jus show them how good u r..and make them repent for not taking u in... 
I just saw that dreaded message again..... guess now the final list is out and i am not there.... it really feels bad when u see these messages again again on different websites ( different institutes) 😞 .
reading one of the earlier posts where in one of us got a call last year and this year inspite of having added to his credits and he still hasnt got a call so i seriously dont understand wht these SP ppl look at.... i too have a decent CAT percentile of 96.8 and good academics, and even 8 months of work-ex .... and my extra curriculars and my community service has also been overlooked by the people at the ADCOM of SP..... if SP ppl are seeing what we have given in the form then i wonder why many of us here dont have calls inspite of fullfillng many of their requirements......... its may be that the person evaluating our form dint like us and we have to bear the brunt...... guys think about this and u would realise what i am trying to say.......
