Count me in too...have 4.5 yrs work ex.had applied for IT...94.98 overall....
94.07 QA 95.25 VA and a pathetic 64.17 in DI but who cares as long as i convert this one which i got....
Don't know how i am feeling a bit selfish a bit sad a bit happy....all mixed emotions....atlast god has given me something to cheer about....i am still numb seeing the email....though haven't read it completely...

Anyone in Bangalore lets gang up and we will rock SPJain

i am very anxious...... so do post as early as possible along with ur CAT score, and acads and other relevant details......

hi there guys even i have not got a call, even i had selected my first option as finance and my cat percentile is 94.22 so if any of you guys who have opted for finance get a call please post it.... as from the looks of it, it seems that there is nobody as of now who has chosen finance as their primary specialisation and got a call

I have 99.74 percentile overall in CAT.
VA - 98.31
DI-94.58
QA - 99.71

Had opted for finance as my first choice. Haven't got a call. Is there anyone who has opted for finance and has got a call so far? If so please let post your reply.

I have 17 months work ex in an IT firm (we do web marketing) and have pretty ordinary acads - 57% in BE (Electronics). Can I expect a call with this background? The essays I think were decent.

More importantly, are there going to be any further lists released?

Will some SPJite or anyone here please throw some light on this?

Is there anybody who sent his/her form just before the deadline and has got a call?? I sent my form on the 26th of Nov, four days before the deadline and havent got a call. I have 98.92%ile and 7 months of work-ex. Last year with a slightly lower percentile and no workex, I had managed a call. So am wondering if the first round has something to do with the people who sent their forms early

its been mentioned above in one of the posts that the First round of calls and the succeeding ones from thereon are sent based on the date of application. jus scroll up...

But i know an exception to this, my friend with 97.36%ile 0 work ex, sent in her form on the very laaast day, i.e, the deadline date, I know for sure coz she wrote her essays within an hour and jus dashed off to the postoffice. She's ended up with a call!! jus my 2pennies to add to the confusion...its true though..

The calls have not been issued on the basis of when you sent the application. Thats definitely not the criterion. I know a couple of guys who sent in their application form extremely late. wonder if it even reached them in time. But both managed to get a call. Incidentally, both had marketing as their specialisation.

I think the lists are probably being issued on the basis of what the first preference of specialisation is. Of course, I cant prove that. But until somone who has got a call with first preference as finance/operations, this theory holds good. Till now I have only heard of marketing and info guys being called.
