I have 97.33 percentile in CAT. Good acads. 80% thruout. I am an MCA too. I have not been shortlisted for SP Jain :(
The fact that 80percentile (paper based) got a call and exact similar profile with 97 percentile (online) didnot get a call further reinforces the belief that most calls have been paper based till now.
Can guys who applied online and also got a call, post here to clarify this confusion between online and paper based call.

If they are not considering the cat scores, why should they ask for cat regd no.? I applied to spjain only after writing cat ....... I thought that my cat score should fetch call from sp ...... I have written essays also pretty decently.... but these sp guys have flunked me....
After IIM-B , this sp is the next one to dump me......
Anyways, who cares for sp??????????? I have 5 IIM calls......
Btw:i have 8 months work ex and applied to finance

Could you please post your actual marks recvd? Would be handy for me in CAT 2005, cause in 2004 I did not get any calls even at 99.10 percentile. Not even from SPJain. Please oblige.

But , nothing is mentioned in the mail abt whether it is the first or the second list.

I got a call!! Actually, a mail from varsha Parab. I think the second list is out!! But will have to travel to Mumbai for the interviews.
I too got that long awaiting mail from Varsha madam...... the site is under construction(i checked that out).....
actually this entire process was conducted in two phases.... first for those who had filled in the form in written and second for those who filled the form online.......... I confirmed this from one of my friends who is in SP jain right now and is managing these processes. All the best to the guys who filled the form online..... I too was dissapointed when I did not see my name when the results were out for the first time. then I confirmed it with my friend who told me to keep patient.

Folks who have got SP calls PLEASE HELP
The mail that I got from Varsha Parabh (SP) said that the attachment with the mail had a list of the dates from which i was to choose any two dates. However, I hadn't received any attachment with the mail. I promptly replied saying I haven't received any attachment.
Now, when I rang up SP Jain office some 5 mins back, the gentleman there said that they haven't sent out any attachments with the emails and the part about the attachment was a mistake. I should just go to their site and choose from the drop-down list!!!
Now, can you guys confirm if anybody has got an attachment with the mail from Varsha Parabh.

Thanks for your break up. I just wanted to know out of curiosity - it would be handy for me as a target for CAT 2005. This time I got kicked by the IIMs because of a low DI score (84% only
). But yes, was sure hoping for an SPJ call - getting a kick from this institute is really paining. Thanks anyway, and all the best for your LACKI interviews. Hope to see you make it through A or whatever your dream institute is.

No second list is out!
Just talked to a friend at SP!
The new mails coming in are just an addition of about 100 ppl to the earlier list!
The website is under construction becoz they are adding security features so that no one else can fill in the interview dates for someone with a call.
So please don reach conclusions and cause anxiety all around!

cos 1)the site says second list to be out soon..if it wud have been out they wud have put it up online yaar...dint they do it fr the first list
2)now abt this online and written thing...cud someone pls clarify it further...esp someone from spjain...wud clear a lot of things....
