it is my 1st post regarding cutoffs and what I feel that it should be less than 424
Although we know that paper was easier in Delhi region, but we know there were protest regarding few cases of cheating in Delhi NCR region. So we have two different cases . in one there was cheating and in other the paper was easier. So I think cut offs should be lesser than this because in no case, a easier paper in only Delhi region can overcome the cheating in few Delhi NCR Region. Apart from the fact that Tier 1 cut off of 14 is less than T1 2013.

After CGL 2013 tier2 is over ,many people claimed that ip cutoff will not be more than 400 . But it went beyond 420 initially. Now also people are claiming that cutoff wont be more than 424 or 417 or 440 etc. All people who gave cgl 2013 tier2 would have also given 2014 tier2 with better preparation. Nearly one fourth of the tier2 candidates appeared from Delhi ( the region which had relatively easy question papers) . In other regions also papers are easy compared to 2013 especially english was much easy.Considering all these factors the ip cutoff will not go below that of 2013 in any case. Most probabily it will be higher than that of 2013. But how much higher? Time will let us know
