SSC CGL 2014 TIER 2

Hi puys, I want your help to clarify one serious issue concerning those who are interested in Examiner, PO and Excise (CBEC)

In the notification, physical fitness requirements does'nt mention about Vision limit and colour blindness....

But I came across a paramount coaching SSC post preferences paper where they said that colour blind peoplw should'nt apply for examiner, PO and excise.

So I tried contacting few excise inspector and PO to find out the truth. They said that Colour blind people do are told of re-medical and on vision limit , some said +2/-2 , +4/-4 were send for re-medical and some said vision limit is not a problem. I asked them if they follow up what happened in re-medical , they said they did'nt know what happened next.

So guys , the reason I am posting here is If any one of you have thorough information regarding this or can collect the same.... Kindly enlighten us.

It would be a great bluder for people like me wearing glasses if something unfortunate happens.......

HELP i have qualified for interview posts and have already downloaded the call letter. But i am not able to download call letter for the non interview post. Please reply why is this happening? ????

AT 361.50 can one expect any other non interview post other than TA in SC category??

yar i am a mediocre guy of 25 yrs of age...B Tech kiye hue 2 saal ho gaye....badi tension hai life m....family walon ki kaafi expectations hai...UR m 455.25 marks hain...excise inspector banne k baad life set hai kya? ya fir aur struggle hai life mein....is Excise inspector better than Private IT sector jobs of TCS infi Wipro Accenture...coz a lot of my frnds are working in that field.

Guys if I get an auditor(considering fast promotions aspect if I clear SAS) near my home,or DA excise CSS..then should I leave my job as an AO in Psugi..as my current job is business oriented ..AO .may koi izzat nahi hai, agent kch bhi boltey hey and I don't like that hurts pride..Plz suggest as I am thinking of taking LOP after 2014 interviews for preparing 2015 well..my score 434..confident of 53-54+ in interview

I see a lot of questions regarding preference for cgl 2014(I am also confused between iti and css)....therefore sometimes I feel cgl 2012 was better because no such preference was asked during the interview time and candidates had to swallow the fact that ki ab jo bhar diya so bhar diya and get on with your life....

Hi friends, I am posting here a query of one of my friends who has already employed in govt sector as a MTS (in his hometown) and also got selected in CGL (NIP) 13 and CPO SI but he does not want to join it because he feels that he may not get home posting. If concerned dept send back his dossier to ssc, what will SSC further do with his dossier? Will SSC put his name in debar list for further appearing in SSC exams or just weeded out it after a certain period time?
