guys i have doubt .. i m in baroda bank. I am eligible for promotion to po this yr. i dont want to get transfered very frequently like its in banks so i m spectacle to take part in promotion exercise  . ssc main bhi same scenario hai ya its very less transfers as i prefer homecity. or they too transfer every 3 yrs or so ? anyone with info share plz.
