Some Notable Points about SSC CGLE 13/14 by NK Raghupathy (SSC Chief)
There is no commitment by SSC on holding CGLE 2014- Tier I as per schedule or on a later date after CGLE 2013 reexamination. The response from candidates for CGLE 2014 appears to be overwhelming as word is spreading that this could be the last objective type examination. I expect the number of candidates to be in the range of at least 25 lakh and SSC may decide their prioritization of the two examinations after 25th Feb only. It is a mess from which extrication in an easy manner is just not possible. We have a saying in Tamil- if the beginning or start is vitiated or crooked, all other actions which follow it will also be so. MUDAL KONAL MUTTRUM KONAL. CGLE 2013 is a classical case which proves this saying.In any reexamination held in only a few centres and not all , the cut off will be the same as decided earlier. There cannot be a fresh cut off.Parliament Election Schedule may have impact on CGLE Reexam or CGLE 2014. We will have to wait and see
