Pahle math ka paper diya to laga ki paper tough hai lekin jab dosto se bat ki to pata chala ki paper to mere liye hi tough tha baki to sab 170+ La rahe hai

cutoff depends on which factors diffculty of paper or any reasons?
last year and 13 tier 2 maths paper were very easy,
qns from arithmetic were basic which we can answer with in seconds
so i thought the same for this year also, bt its shock to me i unable to answer those diffcult qns, is der any hope that cut off will be reduced by few marks
and also i have 1 qn how can we expect the same cutoff for diffcult paper and easiest paper ever?
