Actually how good is the case against ssc now? Some say ssc cant defend itself unlike as in past...Some say this is not a matter at all for ssc..

In the past records, Did SSC published results without releasing official answer key and asking for representations? If it is yes, shall we expect results without waiting for answer keys? Please help.
