i have donated blood three times and taught in an organisation(savera working for poor children) in my college but i lost all those certificates so should i mention these activities in my biodata or not?

My UPSC interview and CGL DEST have unfortunately been scheduled on the same date. Will SSC reschedule if i produce the UPSC call letter?
