What does ssc mean by due procedure when asking for Noc in case application is not forwarded through due procedure for govt. Employees and do I need it since I am in a public sector bank

Bhailog I have both interview and dest/cpt call letter. But I am thinking of skipping the interview. But does it becomes mandatory for me to go for doc verification atleast? Also at the time of registration,I had not applied for any of the nips. So wud like to know whether I can skip both doc verification n interview and directly go for dest, or I will have to go fr doc verification on d day of interview?
