Reservation has become an electoral tool nowadays. Reservation policy has also bluntly promoted caste over intellect and hard work. As a result we are producing substandard engineers, doctors, bureaucrats and other professionals under the present reservation policy. The policy just does not stop at such opportunity. It promotes incompetent people and promotes these people over deserving and qualified individuals.
Reserving a certain percentage of seats in the higher education and jobs in the high ranks of the government is not going to help to solve problems of 85% of total backward castes population.
It can be concluded that reservation policy and its persistence is likely to increase the caste gap rather than help decrease it. The bitter truth is that these policies will never help reach the long cherished goal of equality.
I hereby invite chote pandit..to plz cme & stop these ppl posting on reservation..pakk gye yr.upr se 7 pg ka gyan...hm sbhi ko pta h kya hota h reservation..just stop it now puys!!
I invite chhote pandit to give an estimate about extra income for Examiner, PO Mumbai, and AEO. I am myself not interested, just asking due to the hype.
If one gets admission in iit or nit just because of reservation....and a gen candidate studies from a lower recognized college.......who do u feel will have an advantage while appearing for jobs exams
The one who had access to better professors and libraries or the other one from gen category.
What is the need for reservation in jobs when they were provided with the facility of getting a better education from a better college.
Why can't they clear even the job exams after receiving help and getting access to good colleges ???
Note: The gen category family income is 3 lpa and the reserved category candidate had a father who had already cleared a govt exam earlier in 1990s and is earning 8 lpa
Bhai log dont fight yaar...i'll put a point which i think everyone should agree...see first thing is that reservation was definitely required for uplifting the oppressed and backward class..i think that reservation should be given only once like for admission in a college...the basic motive of reservation was to provide equal opportunities to the backward class who were definitely denied that earlier..but after you have got admission in a good college then you are studying in the same environment and getting the same benefits as everyone alse..SC ST in my university also got Rs 25000 each year..so at this stage everyone gets a level playing field...so i think there should be equal competition in jobs..i dont want to comment on 10+2 level jobs...also definitely there should be a creamy layer in SC/ST...a SC in my batch was a crorepati..he is definitely not deprived of anything i guess..baki hona to kuch nhi hai yahan ladne se..reservation hatana close to impossible hai abhi...so i think reservation is still required for some but..

PEOPLE HERE ARE SHOUTING AGAINST RESERVATION, WHERE WERE THEY WHEN CASTE WAS MADE BASED ON BIRTH AND NOT PROFESSION( MERIT)?. WHEN LAW OF MANU WAS GIVEN IN THE NAME OF BRAHMA ?. NOW THEY FEEL CONSTITUTION IS ANTI-NATIONAL BECAUSE IT TALKS ABOUT SOCIAL AND ECONOMICAL UPLIFTMENT.
i'd rather prefer to go to a doctor(SC/ST) who has cleared some sort of cutoff for which he studied than to those doctors who buy seats by throwing money and indulging in malpractices... and we all know who is capable of doing that

Baba says if you too drop out from your college you will became the next Steve jobs & bill gates, If you pass out from hansraj college & jamai milina & land up in Bombay you will become the next SRK. Amazing insight BABA never thought of this equal opportunity thing. BABA says all men are created equal no merit is required ,if you provide them with the same quality of education.
Baba one question aren't there any poor general candidates who don't get proper education?

Really fade up with these kinds of posts/comments.....may be others also feel the same....to kill this unbearable delay in posting the results post some constructive or innovative posts so that others also may take part with their views.
good post tapash dey yes really most of us searching here for any new update for result. purpose of this group is ssc oriented not about reservation problem solving and all .most of the candidate have problems like age factor, family problems, economical problems. from here shouting not solve any reservation problem it may cause problem to our cgl 2016 preparations. so please concentrate on ground reality .
