This delay in result of various exams is a delebrate atttempt of the Government to discourage people from going for a govt job. NDA governments have aways been like this with Govt employees/aspirants. The government considers us as a burden on its financial policy. Therefore government wants to privatise most of the work & to reduce the number of govt employees.
