#DETAILS_OF_PROTEST 28th may 2017:- Around 100 candidates were there and all of them worked really well and now they all are in CORE GROUP.. We submitted the application to the CISF staff and then that application was transferred to Mr. Khurana and he took some time to have a look at it. After waiting for 2 hours, they allowed 2 representative among us to have a chat. #Members:- Sir why there is a delay in the result declaration of CHSL2015? #Mr_Khurana:- As it is clear that there is a case on SSC CHSL2015 and u all are very much aware of it. #Your_result_is_ready. But we can't publish it before the decision of the honourable court. #Members:- Sir how this is possible that the candidate who has violated all the instructions won the case. #Mr_Khurana:- Yes, u r right. Decision is in their favour. We have asked the #Legal_team_of_Government_of_INDIA to look into this matter seriously because if the same condition (mistake in medium, roll number, ticket number etc) occurs in the coming future by any candidate in any other exams also then also every candidate will lodge a case against SSC because of this decision which is in favour of the petitioner. That legal team will submit a report to us probably by the coming Monday. That team will tell us what we have to do further. If Legal team tell us that yes u stay with the decision of the court and check the copies of the candidates (petitioners) then we will #publish_the_remaining_result and start our further process (copy checking of petitioners). And if the Legal Team moves to #HIGH_COURT against the decision of the court then we will ask the HIGH COURT to publish the result of the remaining candidates and the result of the petitioners after the final decision of court. #Members :- Sir after how much time will SCC take to let us know about the date of result declaration. #Mr_Khurana :- U guys don't worry, SSC is with u all. Hello guyss.. I just talked to the commission helpline no. And they told me that the case has been resolved and all processes have been cleared.. And he told me that result publishing process is in the way.. So we can expect that our result is near.. So..Be cool guys.. And make the last counting.. Hope this result would bring a lot of prosperity and pleasure for us... Thanks..
