My question regarding IMD selection
Answer are following

Don't come to any to conclusions regarding chits issue. I know about rules but I also wonder why IMD gave chits upto a certain serial number. If allocation of states is just a formality, IMD would have done it with all of the candidates in DV (or at least all reserved candidates). Those saying chits will be passed on are idiots of the decade, it doesn't make sense to transfer a person's chit to another (will lead to legal issues if the person on receiving doesn't get desired state as he didn't pick-up chit). Finally anything can happen.
Those who have got chits ,irrespective of their categories, has the best chances of selection or i must say 100% chances.

Just 2-3 guys who haven't got score for DV or haven't any chance for job they are posting such things to mislead all the guys So don't comment or any response to those bsdk.
